By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

♱ Payments are only accepted in USD via Paypal Invoice.♱ Upfront payment: Commission begins only when payment is received.♱ Split payments for small creators only: Split payments are accepted if the amount of the commission is equal or surpass the amount of $80 USD. In this case, the total amount must be paid before i finish the piece.♱ Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours.
__________________REFUND POLICY
♱ Refunds are not available. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the commission being started.♱ Exceptions:
a) If I’m unable to start your commission, I’ll fully refund you.
b) If I'm unable to continue the work by force majeure or others, I'll partially refund if I'm partway through the work.♱ Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive. If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist. Feel free to let me know and I'll remove your slot from the list. You’re also allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed. I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details.
__________________EDITS AND REVISIONS
♱ Revisions and edits are available: All major changes are to be solicited in THE SKETCHING PHASE: Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.♱ Additional fees: Once I enter the lineart, coloring and rendering phases, I WON'T be able to do any major changes (Such as outfits, complex elements of design, facial structure, features, body proportions and positions) without applying an additional fee.♱ To avoid any misunderstanding the more PHOTO REFERENCES, AND CLEAR DESCRIPTIONS the better. Both need to be detailed and clear for me to produce a better result.

♱ Between a week or two for regular commissions.♱ Approximately a month for vtuber art.

♱ For regular commissions: You'll receive a .png file with the finished artwork with transparent background.♱ For vtuber commissions: You'll receive a .psd file with the model ready to rig.__________________

PERSONAL USE & OWNERSHIP

My art is not authorized to be used for commercial purposes and/or profit unless
the commercial use has been specified and paid for acordingly at the time the order
is issued.For Commercial Commissions, please contact me to discuss the pricing.
Be also aware that "Vtubers" fall under commercial use.__________________PERSONAL USE: The artwork won't generate any kind of profit. You are free to use it as a wallpaper, profile picture / avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc). You may also crop or resize, and upload the artwork on your own platform / social media. However, you should credit me for the piece, or link back to me.COMMERCIAL USE: Refers to any use that could generate income directly or indirectly, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes), selling it, or using it in social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch / Youtube / etc.).__________________♱ As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. This constitutes the posting of the work on social media, adding it to my portfolio, creating speedpaints, etc.♱ It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to involve my art into an NFT project or feeding my artwork to AI learning algorithms, by the commissioner or other parties.♱ NOBODY (The commissioner nor other parties) is allowed
